Messaging Use Case:
Text messages are sent to restaurant managers and staff who place orders with P@L Wholesales Foods. These SMS messages are strictly transactional and provide real-time order confirmations or updates.
Example message:
“Hi 6 Mile store – New order for today: eggs, lettuce, Swiss cheese, and bacon. Thank you for ordering with P@L Wholesales Foods!”

ISV (Independent Software Vendor):
Crack Protector LLC provides the software platform used by P@L Wholesales Foods to manage inventory, order processing, and SMS delivery.

Opt-In Process:
Users (restaurant managers and staff) opt in during onboarding with P@L Wholesales Foods by completing a client registration form, which includes an SMS consent checkbox. They acknowledge and agree to receive text messages regarding their orders and delivery updates.

Compliance Note:
All messages are sent on behalf of P@L Wholesales Foods, the end business, and only to users who have provided explicit SMS opt-in consent. Crack Protector LLC does not send messages directly to consumers.

1. Our Role as an ISV

Crack Protector operates as an Independent Software Vendor (ISV). We provide AI-powered automation tools, sending messages on behalf of our clients via separate subaccounts.

Clients Own the Content: Each client controls their own SMS content and opt‑in processes.

2FA & Support Use Cases: We support transactional messaging—like two-factor verification and service alerts—not marketing or promotions.

Our SMS consent flow includes:

1. Web Form Sign‑Up

During onboarding, clients present a checkbox labeled:
“I consent to receive SMS alerts (e.g. verification codes, support updates). Msg & data rates may apply.”

Consent captured with timestamp, IP address, and form version.

2. Optional Double Opt‑In

After form submission:

CrackProtector: Reply YES to confirm SMS alerts.

Only upon “YES” reply is SMS access enabled—ensuring explicit consent

4. Empowering Users: Opt‑Out & Help

Every message ends with:
“Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance.”

Replies are instantly honored via Twilio’s opt‑out system

5. Privacy & Legal Integrity

We do not sell or rent your phone data.

All messages operate under explicit, recorded user consent.
